Dry needling demonstration videos are intended for previous students and licensed clinicians who can perform dry needling in their practice act and jurisdiction. Please do not attempt dry needling without proper licensure and training. Recommended needle sizes are based on an average sized adult. Use your best clinical judgement in needle size selection because of the large variability in body types.
